Amy Creighton, LPC

Amy Creighton is a Licensed Profession Counselor.

I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with a variety of disorders such as depression, anxiety, and trauma related disorders to name a few. I am eager and motivated to enhance my therapy techniques assisting individuals so they can make informed and healthy decisions on the path they wish to tread.

My approach to therapy is creative and collaborative. I have a genuine interest in the clients and their unique experiences. I recognize that individuals are experts of their own lives. With deep and empathic listening, I strive to understand their perspective to develop a relationship that is open, respectful, and purposeful. A relationship that leads to positive change.

The approach(es) that I utilize are based on my clients needs. (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person Centered, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy)

Nicole Finley, LMFT

Nicole Finley is a Marriage and Family Therapist and certified in Couples Counseling.

When providing therapy I use a collaborative, strength-based approach. I am client centered and the client is the expert on their life. I focus on the system and what is working individually, in the family, and in relationships. I implement solution-focused and structural therapy centering on the structure, patterns, interactions, and perceptions of couples, families, and individuals. I meet the client where they are at and join them in facilitating change. 

Lanna Strompolis , Community Mentor

 " Hi, my name is Lanna and I am a Mentor with Evolve Connections Counseling. I have experience working with individuals and families from all demographics. I find that my desire to see other people succeed in life leads to my passion of helping my clients identify their vulnerabilities and find their own inner strengths by implementing a strength-based approach to my services. In my free time I enjoy being with family and working on my photography."


Megan Erickson, Community Mentor

I have a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Lakeland University. I specialize in guiding individual and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, crisis, trauma, and substance use. I use a blend of strength based therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to assist clients in working through their conflicts. I believe in a safe, respectable, and trustworthy space where clients can grow and learn. I enjoy crafting; attending my children’s sporting events, and watching HGTV.

Nico Thompson, Community Mentor

Nico Thompson grew up on the north side of Milwaukee, near the Brown Deer area, and experienced the challenges of low-income living. He pursued higher education at Lakeland College, earning a bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Business Management and Organizations. Throughout his academic journey, Nico gained hands-on experience through internships at Camp Y-Koda and the Boys & Girls Clubs, working with youth across diverse age groups. Nico is passionate about growth and development, believing they are essential in every environment he engages with. He speaks some Spanish and enjoys exploring new cultures. Outside of work, Nico spends his time gaming on Xbox, hiking, fishing, working out, playing Dungeons & Dragons, cooking, and diving into films as a dedicated movie lover.
